12 month warranty
All our replacements are backed by a 12 month warranty. If there any material or workmanship defects, we will repair it or swap it for another.
Free tracked delivery on all devices
We offer FREE tracked postage on all gadgets sent to our repair centre. On laptops we offer a FREE collect and return to your doorstep to ensure your laptop is safe and secure.
Repairs at Apple or Samsung stores
Provided you have got your claim authorised by us first, you can choose to take your gadget to an Apple Genius Bar or a Samsung Support Centre. We will then reimburse you the cost, subject to approval.

You might qualify for our Bundle Cover You could save up to £ by selecting one of our great value gadget insurance bundles. You can cover up to 10 gadgets on one bundle which can include gadgets owned by other family members of any age who permanently live with you at the same address.

- The maximum age of any gadget you can cover is 36 months.
- The maximum value of any single gadget can be up to £1500.
